Practice Summary
Hudson Hollister joined Gibson Robb & Lindh in 2019. Mr. Hollister’s practice consists of maritime defense, maritime and land-based subrogation, including cargo, workers’ compensation, and property, as well as marine insurance and inland marine coverage matters. Mr. Hollister also served as a bankruptcy extern to the Honorable Scott C. Clarkson of the Central District of California, and as a year-long legal extern for the United States Coast Guard Eighth District in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Education
Mr. Hollister obtained his B.A. in History from the University of California, Davis, and his law degree from Tulane University Law School, cum laude, where he also obtained a Certificate in Maritime Law.
While in law school, Mr. Hollister served as a managing editor on the Tulane Maritime Law Journal and as a principal assistant editor on the Chinese Maritime Cases project, a collaboration between the Tulane Maritime Law Center, the Shanghai International Shipping Institute, and Shanghai Maritime University.
