Practice Summary
Mr. Witherington joined the firm in 2022, and his practice at the firm includes maritime and landside personal injury and death actions and various forms of subrogation, among other areas.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Witherington worked as a litigator for the State Bar of California, and as an associate at two U.S. law firms in Shanghai, where his practice focused on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, export controls and trade sanctions, and cross-border regulatory compliance.
In law school, Mr. Witherington was an executive editor of the Hastings International and Comparative Law Review.
