Benjamin Libbey joined Gibson Robb & Lindh LLP in 2026. His practice focuses on maritime personal injury defense, property and cargo subrogation, and other marine disputes. Prior to joining Gibson Robb & Lindh, Mr. Libbey spent several years in litigation defense at a national firm, representing transportation companies, property owners, and others. Mr. Libbey participated in moot court at USF School of Law and, along with his team, won the San Francisco Regional for the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition.
